We designed BoftriKane to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Your Choices

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because BoftriKane holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Children’s Information

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Third Parties

BoftriKane may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How We Use Information

The small amount of technical data that may exist serves one purpose: keeping BoftriKane reliable. It is not used for targeted ads, tracking, or resale.

Storing Your Data

We do not run servers holding your personal data, because BoftriKane gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.
