This Privacy Policy describes how BooFlick ("the App", "we", "us" or "our") treats information in connection with your use of it. By installing or using BooFlick you acknowledge the practices below.

What We Collect

We designed BooFlick to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Minors

BooFlick is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

How We Use Information

Any limited technical information is used only to keep BooFlick working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.

Retention and Security

Because BooFlick does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. As BooFlick does not collect such data, these are usually not applicable, but you are welcome to contact us.

External Services

The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). BooFlick integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
