We designed BreanOtcez to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.
Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). BreanOtcez integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.
Your Privacy Rights
You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because BreanOtcez holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
Storing Your Data
We do not run servers holding your personal data, because BreanOtcez gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.
Purpose of Processing
Any limited technical information is used only to keep BreanOtcez working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.
