Your privacy matters to us. This page explains the approach BrooxZee ("the App") takes toward your information. Using the App means you have read and understood this policy.

We designed BrooxZee to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Your Privacy Rights

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because BrooxZee holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Service Providers

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — BrooxZee shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.

How We Use Information

The small amount of technical data that may exist serves one purpose: keeping BrooxZee reliable. It is not used for targeted ads, tracking, or resale.

Children’s Information

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Security

Since no personal data is collected by BrooxZee, there is nothing for us to retain and no personal store to secure. Platform-level diagnostics remain under Apple’s control.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
