This Privacy Policy describes how CruveSea ("the App", "we", "us" or "our") treats information in connection with your use of it. By installing or using CruveSea you acknowledge the practices below.

What We Collect

We designed CruveSea to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Security

We do not run servers holding your personal data, because CruveSea gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.

Service Providers

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — CruveSea shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.

How Information Is Used

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve CruveSea. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

Minors

We do not target CruveSea at children under 13, nor knowingly obtain their information. Parents or guardians with concerns can contact us below.

Rights You Have

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because CruveSea holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
