This Privacy Policy applies to the DocroSoove application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use DocroSoove.
We designed DocroSoove to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.
You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because DocroSoove holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve DocroSoove. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.
The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). DocroSoove integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.
The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.
We do not run servers holding your personal data, because DocroSoove gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.

Which devices are supported?
DocroSoove supports current iPhone models running a recent version of iOS. Keeping your OS updated gives the best experience.
How do I get updates?
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Enable automatic updates to always have the latest version of DocroSoove.
How do I report a problem?
Email us with a short description of what happened and your device model. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.
