Privacy Policy & Support · Effective 17 July 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains the approach Fyatcleit ("the App") takes toward your information. Using the App means you have read and understood this policy.
We designed Fyatcleit to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.
Fyatcleit may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because Fyatcleit holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
The small amount of technical data that may exist serves one purpose: keeping Fyatcleit reliable. It is not used for targeted ads, tracking, or resale.
Fyatcleit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Because Fyatcleit does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.
From time to time this document may change. The current version always lives on this page.
