Standard technical data (device model, OS version, anonymous crash reports) may be processed by Apple during App Store distribution and is not linked to your identity.

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because GleixGroock holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Third-Party Services

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — GleixGroock shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.

Since no personal data is collected by GleixGroock, there is nothing for us to retain and no personal store to secure. Platform-level diagnostics remain under Apple’s control.

Children's Privacy

GleixGroock is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve GleixGroock. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.
