We designed GoopWhio to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Data Retention and Security

Because GoopWhio does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.

How Information Is Used

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve GoopWhio. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

Children’s Information

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Third Parties

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — GoopWhio shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.

Rights You Have

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because GoopWhio holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
