This Privacy Policy applies to the HeamPleenk application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use HeamPleenk.

Information We Collect

HeamPleenk is built to work without asking you to register or share personal details. It does not request your name, email, phone number or precise location, and we do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from you. Standard technical data (device model, OS version, anonymous crash reports) may be processed by Apple during App Store distribution and is not linked to your identity.

How Information Is Used

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve HeamPleenk. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

Minors

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Your Choices

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because HeamPleenk holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Storing Your Data

Since no personal data is collected by HeamPleenk, there is nothing for us to retain and no personal store to secure. Platform-level diagnostics remain under Apple’s control.

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). HeamPleenk integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.
