This Privacy Policy applies to the MesmoSnoun application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use MesmoSnoun.

Information We Collect

MesmoSnoun is built to work without asking you to register or share personal details. It does not request your name, email, phone number or precise location, and we do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from you. Standard technical data (device model, OS version, anonymous crash reports) may be processed by Apple during App Store distribution and is not linked to your identity.

Storing Your Data

We do not run servers holding your personal data, because MesmoSnoun gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.

Your Rights

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because MesmoSnoun holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Purpose of Processing

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve MesmoSnoun. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

Children’s Information

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Service Providers

The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). MesmoSnoun integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.
