We designed NioshZhut to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Children

The App is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from young children; if you think this happened, reach out so we can address it.

Your Rights

Applicable law may give you rights over your personal information. Since NioshZhut does not collect it, exercising them is typically unnecessary; even so, feel free to reach out.

How Information Is Used

The small amount of technical data that may exist serves one purpose: keeping NioshZhut reliable. It is not used for targeted ads, tracking, or resale.

Security

Because NioshZhut does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.

External Services

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — NioshZhut shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.
