Welcome to NouNoush. This document helps you understand what information the App ("we", "us" or "our") does and does not handle. Please read it before using NouNoush.

Data We Collect

We designed NouNoush to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Retention and Security

We do not run servers holding your personal data, because NouNoush gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. As NouNoush does not collect such data, these are usually not applicable, but you are welcome to contact us.

Third-Party Services

NouNoush may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Use of Information

Any limited technical information is used only to keep NouNoush working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.

Children

NouNoush is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
