This Privacy Policy describes how NuvaraList ("the App", "we", "us" or "our") treats information in connection with your use of it. By installing or using NuvaraList you acknowledge the practices below.

What We Collect

NuvaraList collects as little as possible. It does not ask for or store personal information such as your identity, email or location. Any data is limited to anonymous technical diagnostics handled by Apple, and it cannot identify you.

How Information Is Used

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve NuvaraList. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

Retention and Security

We do not run servers holding your personal data, because NuvaraList gathers none. Any anonymous diagnostics the platform processes are stored and protected according to Apple’s policies.

Children’s Information

We do not target NuvaraList at children under 13, nor knowingly obtain their information. Parents or guardians with concerns can contact us below.

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). NuvaraList integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.

Rights You Have

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because NuvaraList holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.
