This Privacy Policy applies to the RuskuCra application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use RuskuCra.

Data We Collect

We designed RuskuCra to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Your Privacy Rights

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because RuskuCra holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Purpose of Processing

Any limited technical information is used only to keep RuskuCra working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.

Minors

RuskuCra is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Third Parties

Aside from platform services provided by Apple — governed by Apple's privacy policy — RuskuCra shares information with no third parties and contains no ad or tracking technology.

Retention and Security

Since no personal data is collected by RuskuCra, there is nothing for us to retain and no personal store to secure. Platform-level diagnostics remain under Apple’s control.
