This Privacy Policy applies to the Truippluell application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use Truippluell.

Information We Collect

We designed Truippluell to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Service Providers

Truippluell may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purpose of Processing

Any limited technical information is used only to keep Truippluell working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.

Your Choices

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because Truippluell holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Retention and Security

Because Truippluell does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.

Children

Truippluell is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
