This Privacy Policy applies to the WerkFrix application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use WerkFrix.

What We Collect

We designed WerkFrix to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

Children’s Information

WerkFrix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Rights You Have

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. As WerkFrix does not collect such data, these are usually not applicable, but you are welcome to contact us.

Storing Your Data

Because WerkFrix does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.

Use of Information

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve WerkFrix. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

External Services

WerkFrix may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
