Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the WioSee application. It sets out, in plain language, how information is treated when you download and use WioSee.

Information Collection

WioSee is built to work without asking you to register or share personal details. It does not request your name, email, phone number or precise location, and we do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from you. Standard technical data (device model, OS version, anonymous crash reports) may be processed by Apple during App Store distribution and is not linked to your identity.

Minors

WioSee is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

How Information Is Used

Any limited technical information is used only to keep WioSee working, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. We never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to outside parties.

Rights You Have

You may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because WioSee holds no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to act on — but we will happily answer any request.

Service Providers

WioSee may rely on services operated by Apple Inc. Apple's handling of data is governed by its own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. The App embeds no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Security

Since no personal data is collected by WioSee, there is nothing for us to retain and no personal store to secure. Platform-level diagnostics remain under Apple’s control.

Policy Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
